  • Preparing the potatoes: Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces and place them in a pot with water. Cook the potatoes until tender (about 20-25 minutes).
  • Preparing the mash: Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them into a smooth puree. Add the grated Mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, corn starch and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Forming the dough: Mix everything thoroughly until a compact dough forms. If the dough sticks to your hands, add 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
  • Shaping the sticks: Grease a baking dish and arrange the prepared sticks side by side on the bottom. Brush them with oil (you can also use a spray) and put into the oven.
  • Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 20 minutes, or until the sticks gain a golden color and a crispy texture.
