If you love pizza but don’t want to spend hours preparing the dough, we have a quick recipe for you that lets you enjoy fresh homemade pizza without waiting for the dough to rise. Just a few ingredients and in no time you’ll have a crispy pizza on the table just the way you like it!

Preparation procedure
- 1. Preparing the dough: First, mix a little water with the sugar and crumbled yeast in a small bowl. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes until it becomes frothy. Meanwhile, mix the flour with the salt in another bowl.
- 2. Dough: Add the prepared starter, the remaining water and the oil to the flour. Mix everything well and knead into a smooth dough. Unlike other recipes, you don't have to wait for the dough to rise – you can work with the dough immediately.
- 3. Shaping the dough: Divide the dough into two portions (if you want two pizzas). Roll each portion out to the desired size and shape. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with oil and place the dough on the sheet.
- 4. Topping: Spread the dough with ketchup or tomato sauce and add all the ingredients you choose – ham, corn, olives, pineapple, and other favorite toppings. Don't forget the seasonings like basil or oregano.
- 5. Baking: Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 220 °C and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. About 5 minutes before the end of baking, add the cheese to the pizza and let it melt.
