- We simply whisk all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl. (all-purpose flour, sugar, oil, 2 eggs, baking powder, 1 cup milk)
- In a second bowl we prepare the quark filling in the same way – just mix everything together (quark, sugar, pudding powder, 2 eggs and 3/4 cup milk).
- Prepare a baking tray measuring 25x35cm, which we line with baking paper. Spread 1/2 of the batter on the tray, then the quark filling on the batter, on which we spoon the plum jam in layers as if we were placing fruit on it.
- Finally we spread the second half of the batter and smooth it to the edges.
- Bake in a preheated oven at about 160 °C until golden.
