Ingredients: 3 eggs; 150 g granulated sugar; 1 packet vanilla sugar; 100 ml milk; 100 ml oil; 250 g all-purpose flour; 1 packet baking powder; 500 g soft quark; 100 g powdered sugar; 1 packet vanilla pudding (powder); 200 ml milk; 1 can mandarins (drained)

Preparing the batter: Beat the eggs with the granulated and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the milk and oil, then gradually fold in the all-purpose flour mixed with the baking powder. Work the batter until smooth and free of lumps.

Baking on a tray: Prepare a baking tray approximately 30 × 40 cm, line it with parchment paper and spread the prepared batter evenly.

Quark filling: Mix the quark with the powdered sugar, vanilla pudding powder and milk. The resulting cream should be smooth but thick. Spoon it onto the batter in irregular dollops, or spread it evenly over the entire surface.
