Here is a recipe for an extraordinary bundt cake that combines the delicate flavor of quark, the sweetness of strawberries and the freshness of gelatin. This dessert will surely dazzle everyone!

Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the strawberry layer: Wash the strawberries, cut them into smaller pieces and spread them on the bottom of a silicone bundt pan. In the strawberry compote, allow 20 g of gelatin to swell. Then add powdered sugar to taste and dissolve the gelatin by heating. Pour the gelatin mixture over the strawberries in the pan and place it in the refrigerator to set.
  • Preparation of the quark cream: Dissolve the remaining 20 g of gelatin in the milk by heating. Stir the dissolved gelatin into the quark. Sweeten the mixture to taste with powdered sugar and add the vanilla sugar.
  • Finishing the dessert: Layer the quark cream over the set strawberry gelatin in the pan. Place the pan back in the refrigerator and let the dessert set thoroughly (ideally at least 4–5 hours).
  • Serving: After it has set, carefully unmold the dessert from the pan like a classic bundt cake. Before serving, you can decorate it with fresh strawberries or whipped cream.

Tip: The dessert can also be made with other fruit according to the season – great choices are, for example, peaches, raspberries or blueberries. Enjoy your meal!
