Preparation procedure

Preparation of the cocoa base: Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Add the butter and crumble it into the flour. Then add the sour cream and form a soft dough. Divide the dough into two halves.

Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30-40 minutes. Perform the skewer test. After baking, let the cake cool.
Glaze: Melt the chocolate with the oil and mix well until a glossy glaze forms. After cooling, pour the chocolate glaze over the cake and let it set.
