  • Preparation of the apples: Soak the raisins in rum. Peel the apples, grate them and put them into a pot. Add the cinnamon sugar and raisins, simmer briefly so the apples soften and release their juice.
  • Preparation of the batter: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, milk and oil. Whisk everything well. Finally add the sifted flour with the baking powder and gently stir until a smooth batter forms.
