  • Mix the eggs with the cheese and starch in a bowl until a smooth batter without lumps forms.
  • Grease a smaller pan (18 × 18 cm) with butter, or use baking paper. Pour the batter into it evenly.
  • Place in the oven and bake 25–30 minutes, until the surface turns golden and the cake is not sticky to the touch.
