  • Marinating the meat Put the meat cut into strips into a bowl. Add the curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix thoroughly, cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 min (for more intense flavor you can leave it longer).
  • Sautéing the meat Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Place the marinated meat on the hot pan and sauté for 5–7 minutes, until it takes on a golden color and firms up.
  • Adding the vegetables Add the sliced bell pepper, drained corn and mushrooms to the meat. Sauté another 5 minutes, until the vegetables soften slightly but remain crisp.
  • Seasoning and simmering Taste and, if necessary, add a little Podravka or salt (careful, the sauces already contain salt). Pour in 50–100 ml of water and stir. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5–10 minutes, until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded.
