  • Working the batter: Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder, alternating with the milk. You will get a thicker, pourable batter.
  • Baking: Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray (or lined with baking paper). Arrange the fresh strawberries, which you have lightly dusted in flour, on the surface so they don't sink to the bottom.
  • Baking time: Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 15–20 minutes, until the surface is golden and a skewer inserted comes out dry.
