Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the starter: In a small bowl mix warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let the starter foam for a few minutes.
  • Dough: In a larger bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, egg yolks and grated fat. Add the starter and knead into a smooth dough.
