Ingredients

125 g butter
100 g jam (the thickest possible)
250 g plain flour
125 g sour cream
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
Powdered sugar for dusting
Orange zest to taste

Preparation procedure

Let the butter soften and then mix it with the sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest and sour cream. Add the sifted flour. Mix the dough, divide it into two parts and wrap each of them in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Roll out part of the dough into a rectangle. Cut into strips about 6 – 8 centimetres wide. Place the filling, roll up and cut into small cubes. Repeat with the second part of the dough.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Finally, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal.
