Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the dough In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the oil and hot water, stir until smooth.
  • Preparing the pan Grease a round pan (Ø 24 cm) with butter and dust with flour, or line with baking paper.
  • Assembling the fruit base Spread the batter evenly into the pan. Arrange the apricot halves and blackberries on top, pressing them in slightly.
  • Streusel In a bowl, work the flour with the powdered sugar and butter using a fork or your fingers until a coarse streusel forms. Sprinkle it over the surface of the tart.
  • Baking Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection 160 °C) for 30 minutes, until the streusel is golden and the fruit tart is cooked through.
  • Finishing and serving Let the tart cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a plate, slice and serve.
