2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup grated quark
1 cup milk
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet of baking powder

Preparation procedure

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection: about 160–170 °C). Prepare a baking pan (e.g., greased and floured or lined with baking paper).
