Into a pot of water (1.5 l) we put the chopped potatoes, onion, mushrooms, caraway, 2 bay leaves and seasoning (salt and pepper).
As soon as the potatoes are soft, we thicken it with flour and cream.
At the end we add the eggs and vinegar to taste. We must not forget the dill.
