Following my mother’s advice I found a way to make a truly light and excellent bundt cake that’s a great idea with tea. Trust me, after trying this recipe, all other bundt cakes will be set aside!

- Add the quark, eggs, sour cream, melted butter, flour, sugar, baking soda and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
- Mix everything thoroughly until a smooth batter forms.
- Grease the bundt cake pan with butter and dust it with flour, or line it with baking paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35-40 minutes, until the bundt cake is golden and a skewer comes out dry.
- Let it cool, turn it out of the pan and serve.
