Preparation procedure
- Preparing the vegetables: Slice or grate the cucumbers into thin slices. Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Slice the onion thinly. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Preparing the brine: Mix all ingredients for the brine in a bowl. Pour the brine over the vegetables and mix well so that all ingredients combine.
- Rest: Let the mixture rest in a cool place until the next day.
- Filling the jars: After the resting time, press the mixture into sterilized jars. Pour in the juice that was released during resting, and seal well.
