  • Mixing the mixture: Add salt, a pinch of nutmeg, and the coarse flour. Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients combine.
  • Adding the beaten egg whites: Finally, gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Fold the egg whites into the mixture carefully to achieve a fluffy dough.
