- Preparation of the meat: Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise to obtain 8 smaller cutlets. Gently pound each cutlet.
- Preparing the roasting pan: Prepare a roasting pan by greasing it with a little oil or use baking paper. Place the pounded chicken cutlets in the roasting pan.
- Seasoning and sauce: Salt and pepper the cutlets to taste. Then spread them with tartar sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped onion.
- Vegetables and cheese: Slice the tomatoes into rounds and place them on the cutlets. Finally, sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
