  • Seasoning and sauce: Salt and pepper the cutlets to taste. Then spread them with tartar sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped onion.
  • Vegetables and cheese: Slice the tomatoes into rounds and place them on the cutlets. Finally, sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
