Preparation procedure
- Preparing the dough: Mix all the ingredients (they should be at room temperature) together and knead into a smooth dough.
- Shaping the pagáčky: Roll the dough out to a sheet about 1 cm thick. Use a cutter or a glass to cut out individual pagáčky.
- Preparing for baking: Transfer the pagáčky to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with the egg yolk mixed with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Baking: Bake the pagáčky in a preheated oven at 190 °C for approximately 15–20 minutes. When they are nicely golden on the surface, you can remove them from the oven.
