Preparation procedure
- Preparing the base: Whisk the eggs with the sugar until thick and frothy. Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt in another bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the whipped egg and sugar foam. Prepare a 20×30 cm baking tray, line it with baking paper and lightly grease it with oil. Bake the base in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
- Preparing the cream: Mix the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream separately and then add it to the quark mixture.
- Assembling the dessert: After it cools, cut the base in half. Spread a layer of cream on the first layer, then place the second layer on top. Spread the remaining cream over the top and smooth it nicely with a knife. Finally, sprinkle the dessert with cocoa.
