Preparation procedure

  • . Preparation of the base Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and foamy. Gradually add the warm water and oil. Sift the flour with the baking powder into the mixture and add the lemon zest. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray (33×22 cm). Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 20 minutes. After baking, remove the top crust so the filling adheres to the base better.
  • Preparation of the fruit filling (Fanta layer) From 1 l of Fanta, remove about 200 ml and mix the pudding powder into it. Bring the remaining Fanta with the sugar to a boil and pour in the mixed pudding. Cook until thickened and immediately pour the hot mixture over the baked base. Place the biscuits on the hot pudding cream; you can briefly dip them in sweetened water or juice. Let cool at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Preparation of the cream filling Take a little milk and mix the cornstarch into it. Bring the remaining milk to a boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour in the mixed starch and cook until a thick custard forms. Let it cool and then beat in the butter. Spread the cream evenly over the chilled Fanta layer with the biscuits. Put the dessert into the refrigerator and let it set overnight.
  • Preparation of the chocolate glaze Melt the Hera and add the broken cooking chocolate. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly. Pour the glaze over the entire cake and let it set in the refrigerator.
