  • Clean the cabbage, cut it and salt it.
  • Let it rest for 12 hours and fill it into traditional preserving jars along with the released juice.
  • Close the jars with lids, arrange them in a deeper tray and preferably leave them on the floor in a warm place to rest for about 1 week.
  • After this time wipe the jars well and store them in a larder or pantry. Done
