Don’t have time to let the dough rise, but still want to enjoy homemade baked goods? These buns are ready in no time and taste fantastic! The dough is versatile – you can also use it for cinnamon rolls, tarts, or rolls.

Preparation procedure

  • dough preparation Warm the milk slightly, add the sugar and crumble the yeast. Let it activate for a few minutes. Sieve the flour into a bowl, add the salt and baking soda. Pour in the oil and the risen starter, then add the remaining milk and work into a smooth dough that does not stick.
