Ingredients: 750 ml milk; 6 egg yolks; 180 g granulated sugar; 90 g cornstarch; Vanilla extract (amount to taste); Butter (amount as needed); 200 ml water; 100 ml vegetable oil; 1 tablespoon granulated sugar; 150 g all-purpose flour; 4-5 eggs; 500 ml whipping cream

Cream preparation: Bring 600 ml of milk to a boil in a saucepan. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the cornstarch and the remaining milk (150 ml). Mix thoroughly. Pour the hot milk into the egg mixture and mix everything well. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook until the cream thickens. Then transfer the cream to a bowl and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, stir in the vanilla extract. Let the cream cool under plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming on the surface.

Dough preparation: Put the water, oil and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once the mixture starts to boil, add the flour and mix until a dough forms that separates from the sides of the pan. Let the dough cool for a moment and gradually add the eggs. After each addition of an egg, mix the dough well until a smooth mass forms.

Shaping and baking: Using a piping bag, shape small cream puffs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them for 25 minutes at 200 °C. After baking, let the cream puffs cool.

Finishing: Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Beat the cooled cream once more and add part of the whipped cream. Beat again to create a light and fluffy cream. Cut the cream puffs in half, spread the cream on them, add the whipped cream and cover with the other half of the pastry.
