Pour the hot milk into the egg mixture and mix everything well. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook until the cream thickens. Then transfer the cream to a bowl and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, stir in the vanilla extract. Let the cream cool under plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming on the surface.
  • Dough preparation: Put the water, oil and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once the mixture starts to boil, add the flour and mix until a dough forms that separates from the sides of the pan. Let the dough cool for a moment and gradually add the eggs. After each addition of an egg, mix the dough well until a smooth mass forms.
  • Shaping and baking: Using a piping bag, shape small cream puffs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them for 25 minutes at 200 °C. After baking, let the cream puffs cool.
