Preparation procedure
- Preparing the dough: Mix the ground biscuits with the softened butter. Add the apricot juice from the compote and mix thoroughly. Press the mixture into a cake pan (approx. 20–22 cm) and chill in the refrigerator.
- Preparing the cream: Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Gradually fold it together with the cream cheese and apricot yogurt. Spread the cream evenly over the chilled biscuit base.
- Preparing the topping: Cut the apricots from the compote into smaller pieces. Mix them with the sugar and prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions. Pour the apricot mixture with gelatin over the cream.
- Finishing: Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
