This chocolate cake is a true baking marvel. Simply mix all the ingredients, pour onto a baking sheet and during baking three layers will form that together create a delicious sweet miracle. A perfect treat for any occasion!

Preparation procedure
- Oven and pan preparation: Preheat the oven to 165 °C and prepare a 20 x 20 cm pan lined with parchment paper.
- Batter preparation: Mix the flour with the cocoa powder. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks. Beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar until frothy. Add the melted and cooled butter, coffee and vanilla extract to this mixture, and mix thoroughly. Gradually add the flour-and-cocoa mixture and finally gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
- Baking: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50–60 minutes. The cake will be soft and runny in the center, but don't worry – a creamy layer will form in the middle during baking, which will set.
- After baking, let the cake cool and dust it with icing sugar
