Preparation procedure

  • Put the dry ingredients into a bowl: flour, salt, baking powder, and mix well.
  • Make a well in the center, pour in the oil, crumbled yeast, add the yogurt and lukewarm milk.
  • Mix everything together. Mix with your hands until the dough is no longer sticky.
  • Divide the dough immediately, without proofing, into 8 portions. Stretch each with your hands into a flat round and fry immediately in hot oil.
  • Let the finished langos drain. Then serve with toppings to taste.
