This creamy dessert is irresistible and guaranteed to please everyone who tries it. It’s easy to make, so you can even get the kids involved. Try this recipe and you’ll see that you’ll love it.

Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the dough: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough and work it into a smooth consistency. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out each part and bake them separately on a baking sheet greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake at 150 °C for about 10 minutes.
  • Preparing the cream: Using the pudding powders, 50 g of sugar, and the milk, cook a classic pudding. Let it cool. Whip the remaining sugar with the butter into a smooth cream and gradually fold it into the cooled pudding.
  • Assembling the dessert: Place the first baked sheet on a tray or baking sheet (approx. 30 × 35 cm) and spread 1/3 of the cream over it. Repeat with the remaining two sheets, finishing with a layer of cream.
  • Decoration: Arrange the ladyfingers over the top layer of cream. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath and pour the glaze over the ladyfingers.
  • Chilling: Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it rest, ideally overnight.
