  • Preparing the mixture: In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt, pepper, flour, sour cream, chopped parsley and grated cheese.
  • Preparing the chicken: Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and thoroughly pound them into thin slices.
  • Layering into the pan: Line a loaf pan with slices of bacon so the bacon hangs over the edges. Place half of the chicken slices on the bacon and spread the prepared mixture evenly over them.
