Preparation procedure

  • Meringue: Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt into stiff peaks and gently fold into the warm pudding base.
  • Layering: Spread the fluffy cream over the cocoa base.
  • Finishing: Whip the cream until stiff and spread it evenly over the top layer of cream. Sprinkle the surface with grated chocolate.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
