This homemade pancake recipe is a guarantee of success. The pancakes don’t tear, they are tender, springy and stay fresh for a long time. Thanks to the addition of apple cider vinegar they have the right structure and spread perfectly in the pan. An ideal base for sweet and savory fillings.

Preparation procedure

  • Příprava těsta Put the milk into a bowl, add the eggs and mix well. Gradually add the flour and whisk until smooth. Add the salt, sugar and apple cider vinegar, mix again. Depending on the thickness, add a little water and finally stir in the oil.
  • Odpočinek těsta Let the finished batter rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. The batter will gain a better consistency and won't tear.
  • Smažení palačinek Lightly coat the pan with oil and heat it. Briefly stir the batter and pour it into the pan with a ladle. Fry on both sides until golden.
  • Plnění a servírování Fill the finished pancakes as you like – with fruit, jam, quark, chocolate or marmalade.

10 minutes preparation + 30 minutes resting + 20 minutes frying = approx. 1 hour
