  • Preparing the pan and biscuits Line the pan with baking paper. Pour water into a bowl. You'll only dip the biscuits very briefly (1–2 s) so they don't become too soggy.
  • Basic cream Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff. Fold in the mascarpone until smooth. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
  • Flavoring the creams Stir the melted, lukewarm white chocolate into the first bowl. Stir the chocolate spread into the second bowl.
  • Assembling the cake (layers) a) Quickly arrange the water-dipped biscuits on the bottom of the pan. b) Spread ½ of the white cream. c) Again biscuits → ½ of the chocolate cream. d) Biscuits → the rest of the white cream. e) Biscuits → the rest of the chocolate cream. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
