Preparation procedure

Biscuit base: Prepare a pan (e.g., 20 × 30 cm). Briefly dip the biscuits in water and arrange them to cover the bottom of the pan.
Cream filling: In a large bowl whip the cream to soft peaks, add the powdered sugar and whip to stiff peaks. Fold in the mascarpone and briefly whip again until the mixture is smooth. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
White chocolate layer: Fold melted white chocolate into one half of the cream. Spread half of this mixture over the biscuit base and smooth it out.
