  • Cream filling: In a large bowl whip the cream to soft peaks, add the powdered sugar and whip to stiff peaks. Fold in the mascarpone and briefly whip again until the mixture is smooth. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
  • White chocolate layer: Fold melted white chocolate into one half of the cream. Spread half of this mixture over the biscuit base and smooth it out.
  • Second layer of biscuits: Arrange another layer of soaked biscuits over the first cream layer.
  • Chocolate layer: Stir the chocolate spread into the second half of the base cream and mix thoroughly. Spread half of this mixture over the second layer of biscuits, smoothing again.
  • Third layer: Add another row of soaked biscuits, then spread the remaining white chocolate mixture. Finish with the last layer of biscuits.
  • Finishing: Mix the remaining chocolate spread with a little whipped cream and spread it over the top layer of biscuits. Grate milk chocolate on top. Let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight) so the biscuits soften and the flavors meld.
