I crush the onions and peppers in a blender into small pieces.
(You can also grind them, but this is faster)
I sauté the vegetables in lard, add the minced meat, sweet paprika (you can also use hot, as you like),
ketchup, salt, pepper and simmer everything until the meat softens.
The mixture can be eaten immediately, but I put it into jars for 1-2 hours. Then the mixture will last a long time!
