Preparation procedure

  • Thoroughly wash, peel and grate the beetroot, carrot and apples, or use a juicer.
  • Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add it to the mixture.
  • Mix everything in a larger container and add the honey.
  • Pour in 2 liters of water and mix well again.
  • Pour the juice into glass bottles or sealable containers and store in the refrigerator.
