Preparation procedure

  • Put all the ingredients for the base except the oil and the baking powder into one bowl
  • Whisk until the batter increases in volume by 2–3 times. If the batter becomes foamy, it is necessary to add oil.
  • If necessary, add a drop of oil so the batter deflates
  • Add the baking powder at the end so it doesn't lose its effect
  • Grease a baking pan about 3–4 cm high and sprinkle it with semolina
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 12 minutes at 130°C
  • Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the spread and let them stand
  • Cut the fruit into small pieces
  • After baking the sponge, let it cool sufficiently and spread the cream layer
  • Sprinkle with the chopped fruit
  • Finally pour over the gelatin that was prepared according to the instructions on the package
  • Let everything cool and set, then serve
