Preparing a delicious cake can often take a lot of time, which discourages many homemakers. In today’s article we bring you a recipe for a simple cake that not only tastes fantastic but is also made without baking! This saves you time and at the same time delights the whole family with a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

250 g butter cookies
100 g butter
400 g Nutella
500 g Philadelphia cream cheese

Preparation procedure

Prepare the Nutella mixture: Mix the butter with 200 g of Nutella and let it melt in the microwave until the mixture runs.
Crushed-cookie base: Crumble the cookies and mix them with water. Then add the melted Nutella and butter mixture. Mix thoroughly and put the mixture in the refrigerator to set.
Preparing the cream: Mix the remaining Nutella with the Philadelphia cream cheese until a smooth cream forms. Then put this mixture back in the refrigerator.
Shape the base: Remove the set cookie mixture from the fridge and spread it evenly into the prepared cake pan.
Apply the cream: Spread the creamy Nutella and Philadelphia cheese mixture over the cookie base. Place the cake back in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours to achieve the right consistency.
