This simple and healthy recipe for raspberry gelatin with kefir is a great way to make a light, sugar-free treat that benefits your digestion. Kefir contains valuable probiotics that support the gut microbiota, while gelatin is excellent for joints, cartilage, and bones. This dessert is also ideal when taking antibiotics, when it’s important to increase probiotic intake.

  • Preparing the gelatin: Let the gelatin bloom in cold water according to the instructions on the package.
  • Preparing the raspberry mixture: Place the raspberries into a small saucepan and heat them over low heat until they soften and form a sauce. Use a spoon to mash them so the mixture is as smooth as possible.
  • Combining the ingredients: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm raspberry mixture and stir it in slowly until it is completely dissolved. Make sure the mixture is not too hot; gentle warming is sufficient.
  • Adding the kefir: After removing the mixture from the heat, add the kefir and mix well so all the ingredients combine perfectly. Season with vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Setting: Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or into silicone molds. Place in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours, until the gelatin is firm.
  • Serving: After chilling, cut the jelly into cubes or remove from the molds and serve.
