Preparing the dough Whip the butter with the powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the cocoa, ground nuts and all-purpose flour. Work into a smooth, non-sticky dough. Lightly grease the shell molds with butter and fill them with the prepared dough. Place on a baking sheet.
