Preparation procedure
- We mix the flour with baking powder, salt, lard and eggs.
- From these ingredients we knead a uniform dough.
- Add sour cream as needed and knead the dough thoroughly.
- After kneading, stretch the dough and spread the cracklings over it. Optionally add seasoning.
- Let the dough chill in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
- Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough, from which we cut out round pagáče.
- Brush the pagáče with a beaten egg and put them into a preheated oven at approx. 180-200 degrees
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden.
