For all nut lovers we have a great recipe for a nut roulade with honey cream, which is not only delicious but also easy to prepare. This dessert will fill your home with a festive atmosphere, especially in the pre-Christmas period. The whole family will enjoy it!

Preparation procedure

  • Dough preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until smooth and frothy. Add the honey and gradually fold in the flour with the baking powder. Finally add the vanilla extract.
  • Baking: Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 °C for about 10–15 minutes, until golden.
  • Cream preparation: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the cream: caramel Salko, ground nuts, honey and ground cinnamon.
  • Assembling the roulade: Spread the cream over the baked sheet of dough, but not all of it – set aside some of the cream. Roll the dough tightly and spread the remaining cream on top.
  • Finishing: You can sprinkle the roulade with ground nuts. Simply roll it in them, or leave it as it is.
  • Serving: Slice the roulade into individual portions and serve. Be sure to share it with your friends too!
