  • Cream, yogurt, eggs, mineral water and salt are whisked by hand or with a mixer, and the flour is gradually beaten in.
  • Put a few drops of butter in the pan and pour a small amount of batter into the pan when it is hot.
  • Pour it across the whole pan and fry it golden brown on both sides.
