  • Preparing the batter: Transfer the yogurt into a bowl and use the pot as a measuring cup. Add the sugar, egg and vanilla sugar and mix everything well. Then add the flour mixed with the baking powder and work into a smooth batter.
  • Baking the base: Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray or into a cake pan. Spread evenly.
  • Fruit: Spread the selected fruit over the batter – it can be fresh or frozen (in the latter case we recommend lightly dusting with flour so it doesn't sink to the bottom).
  • Crumble: Prepare the crumble from butter, sugar and flour. Simply rub the ingredients together with your fingers until a crumbly mixture forms. Sprinkle it over the top of the cake.
  • Baking: Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake at 180 °C for about 30–35 minutes, until the surface turns golden and a skewer inserted comes out dry.
