- Preparation of the bowl: Take a large salad bowl and line it with plastic wrap.
- Preparation of the mixture: In another bowl, mix the sour cream and powdered sugar to taste. Then prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
- Preparing the cookies and fruit: Break the butter cookies into larger pieces; you don't need to grind them finely. Cut the fruit (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, orange and grapes) into smaller pieces.
- Assembling the cake: In the bowl lined with plastic wrap, layer the prepared cream mixture, then add the broken cookies and chopped fruit on top. Smooth everything well.
- Chilling: Place the bowl in the refrigerator for several hours so the cake can set.
- Serving: After it has set, carefully remove the cake from the bowl using the plastic wrap. Cut into portions with a sharp knife and serve.
