Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the batter: Start with the eggs, whipping them with the sugar until foamy. Then add the oil, milk, vanilla and Nutella. Stir the flour, cocoa and baking powder into this mixture. Divide the resulting batter into two parts.
  • Baking the batter: Pour the first half of the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Keep the second half for later as the top layer.
  • Preparing the cream: Let the gelatin swell in the milk. Then heat it so it dissolves, and add the sugar and cream. Whip everything into a smooth, firm cream.
  • Preparing the glaze: Melt the dark and milk chocolate with the butter in a double boiler until a smooth chocolate mixture forms.
  • Finishing and layering: Spread half of the cream on the baked bottom layer of batter, followed by the first layer of glaze. On that, pile the second half of the cream and top with the second half of the batter.
  • Chilling: Finally, cover the entire dessert with the remaining glaze, place it in the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serving: After chilling, cut into bars and serve. The homemade Kinder Pingui will surprise you with its authentic flavor and tenderness!
