Ingredients: 1 grapefruit, ½ cucumber, ½ lemon (juice), ½ piece of ginger root, 2 liters of water, 10 mint leaves, honey to taste
Method: Slice everything into rounds, place in a pitcher, pour in water and let infuse. Drink on an empty stomach and after meals.

Ingredients: 1 cup dandelion flowers, 50 g mint, juice of 3 lemons, 2 liters of water, 1 teaspoon honey
